Beavers Scout Badges
Beaver Scouts was
introduced formally in the United Kingdom in 1986, although unofficial colonies
were in operation beforehand. It was only in the 2002 review that
Beavers had a chance to really earn proficiency badges and Chief Scout’s
awards.
