Too earn the Cook
you must achieve the following*
Must be able to light a fire and make a Cooking-place with a few bricks or logs, and cook on it the following dishes Irish stew, vegetables, omelette, rice pudding, or any dishes which the examiner may consider equivalent; make tea, coffee or cocoa; mix dough and bake bread in oven, or make a 'l' damper " or “ twist” (round stake) at a camp fire; carve properly, and hand plates and dishes correctly to people at table.
